Who we are
Learnova AI is a US-domiciled company providing a school operating system to private schools worldwide. When a school uses Learnova AI, we act as a data processor for that school.
What we collect
- Account information for staff, students, and guardians provided by the school.
- Learning and financial records generated within the platform.
- Usage telemetry (aggregate, cookieless) to improve reliability.
Newsletter consent
Staff are auto-enrolled to the Learnova newsletter under legitimate interest (employment relationship). Guardians and students are enrolled only after explicit opt-in inside the portal. Public subscribers must confirm via double opt-in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and a mailto: unsubscribe header.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@learnovaai.com. We respond within 30 days.
Compliance
Learnova AI is aligned with GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable US state privacy frameworks (including FERPA and COPPA where relevant), and adapts to local data protection requirements in each jurisdiction we serve. A full Data Processing Agreement is available on our DPA page.
